The Singer Center provides voice and piano lessons, performance coaching, vocal production, and photography services, booked either à la carte, in packs, or through a recurring membership plan.
To book a session or manage a membership, you'll need an account with accurate contact and payment information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information on your account.
Packs and à la carte sessions are paid in full at the time of purchase. Memberships renew automatically on the billing cycle you select until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a membership from your account, or by contacting us directly — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule.
We ask everyone in our space — students, guests, and staff — to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive to our staff or other clients.
The Singer Center provides its services on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services, beyond the amount you've paid us for the service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated revision date.
