Credits

How credits work

1 credit = a 60-minute lesson

Shorter and longer lessons scale to match. A 30-minute lesson is half a credit.

Studio sessions cost a little more

Self-Tape and recording use 1.5 credits an hour. Headshots use 2.

One balance for everything

Spend credits on lessons, coaching, classes, recording or photos.

Teacher levels and credit rates
Associate .75 credit an hour

Has professional performing and/or teaching experience in the subject, but limited formal training specific to teaching/coaching that discipline.

Advanced 1 credit an hour

Has substantial formal training in the discipline in addition to relevant professional/teaching experience.

Master 1.25 credits an hour

Has extensive formal training and high-level professional/teaching experience demonstrating advanced expertise in that discipline.

Each teacher’s level is shown when you book. Studio time is a flat rate and is not affected by teacher level.

Questions

Common questions

What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Pack credits roll over until their expiry date (3–4 months).

Can I cancel or pause anytime?

Yes, anytime from your client portal. Pausing skips the next cycle. Cancelling stops auto-renewal at month end.

Can I mix a plan and a pack?

Yes. A monthly plan for weekly study, plus a pack on hand for studio or photo days.

How do I pay?

Card via Stripe for subscriptions and one-off purchases. EFT is available for monthly plans on request.
